hahaha that's BRGY. short for "barangay". It's like a small town. Not all police outposts are like that :) That's just in the small areas :) In the city it's way more legit haha Plus they're just there for like small-scale crimes :)

yeah it is, i saw little bits of smoke puffing out of it when i was there
according to wiki, there have been 33 eruptions since 1572, and although it has been dormant since 1977 has been showing signs of unrest since 1991
